With the Coronation weekend coming up we thought it would be fun to do a combination of a sliced 1/2 side of our smoked salmon and some very fine English sparkling wine from Weyborne Vineyard, which we now serve at Uig Sands Restaurant

Uig Lodge Smoked Salmon (min. 500g)

A sliced 1/2 side of our award winning oak smoked Scottish Atlantic salmon.  Perfect as a starter for 8 people.

Weyborne Vineyard Sparkling Wine (75cl) – produced from their vineyard situated on the highest point of the South Downs National Park, this five year old Family Reserve Brut is a world class sparkling wine, full of flavour, with a real purity to the palate and a long clean finish – marrying perfectly with Uig Lodge smoked salmon.
